Custom decorated cookies have a 2 dozen minimum. Orders start at $96 per dozen, with pricing increasing based on design complexity.

How far in advance should I order?

As soon as you know your date. I recommend reaching out several weeks in advance, especially during holidays and graduation season. Last-minute availability is never guaranteed.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes. A 50% non-refundable retainer secures your order on my calendar. The remaining balance is due two weeks prior to pickup.

Can you match my invitation, color palette, or event theme?

Yes. Every collection is designed specifically for your event and can be inspired by invitations, logos, color palettes, mood boards, or other inspiration you provide.

Will my cookies look exactly like my inspiration photos?

No. Inspiration helps guide the design, but every collection is an original Katie Eats Boston design. I don't replicate another decorator's work exactly.

Can you create cookies featuring logos or copyrighted images?

Yes. Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the right to use any logos, licensed characters, or other copyrighted artwork they submit. By providing artwork, you represent that you have obtained any necessary rights or permissions.

Can every cookie be personalized?

Absolutely. Names, monograms, ages, messages, and other personalized details can often be incorporated into your set, depending on the design.

What if I don't know exactly what I want?

That's completely fine. Some clients send a detailed Pinterest board, while others simply tell me the occasion and trust me with the rest. Those are often my favorite projects.

Where are pickups?

Pickup is in Needham, Massachusetts by appointment. The exact pickup address and instructions are provided prior to your scheduled pickup.

Every cookie is individually heat sealed to maintain freshness. When stored at room temperature in its sealed packaging, cookies stay fresh for approximately 2–3 weeks.

Every cookie is individually heat sealed at no additional charge, making them easy to transport, display, gift, and distribute at events while helping maintain freshness.

Can I freeze them?

Yes. Leave the cookies sealed in their packaging and freeze for up to 3 months. Thaw completely before opening the packaging to prevent condensation.

Do your cookies contain allergens?

My standard sugar cookies contain wheat, dairy, eggs, and almond extract. While my licensed residential kitchen follows ServSafe food safety and sanitation practices, it is not a dedicated allergen-free facility.
